Roger Lane Consulting was founded in 2007 as a leadership development company which now provides a customer journey that encompasses individual coaching, team building and development, organisational leadership development and scalable experiential simulation.   Inspiring others to make a positive contribution in their world is our passion.

Central to our way of working is to provide an environment whereby the "wisdom within the organisation" is liberated through improved human interaction and a strong emphasis on alignment of the individual, team and organisation at 3 levels: "head" - knowledge and understanding; "heart" - being, values and purpose; and "hands" - conduct, behaviours and results.  All our work is thoroughly grounded in the organisational context of the client to encourage rapid and relevant results.
